What we asked for: Kopicki's employment contract and all modifications; total compensation paid to the superintendent FY2014-15 through FY2025-26 (state base, local supplement, bonuses, retirement contributions, benefits, allowances); the full Lowder $458,000 separation/settlement agreement, including cash, retirement-plan, and any non-disclosure components; every board vote on superintendent compensation since June 2020; the schedule of fringe benefits and perks (vehicle, technology stipend, professional dues, conference travel, etc.); performance reviews and bonus-trigger rubrics.
